I am in Huay Xai right now, with 5-6 days of nothing to do
 tomorrow i am headed to Luang Prabang on the slow boat down Mekong. After that, I want to go to one beautiful town/city/village and perhaps do some treks etc or just relax. I will be staying in Luang Prabang and Veng Vieng for a few days each later on in the month. any recommendations? I don't have a Laos guidebook yet (the bookshop in Chiang Khong that i was depending upon for an exchange closed down) |
