Hi everyone was just thinking about running my routine over with you guys coz ive never been to the northern side (vietnam, Cambodia and Lao) before only ever done the southern part in thailand malaysia and so forth. I have roughly a month to spare at the start of next year and was hoping to do some backpacking i was thinking start in Bangkok and take the train north to Chang mai,

From here i will cross into Lao i think im not to sure about where to go nroth or south anyone got some good ideas for me. Than possibly overland or fly to Hanoi spend some time around this area before overlanding it down to HoChi Minh city then across to cambodia. I will prob then fly out over here to KL and Home to Perth (Aus)

Does anyone have nay better ideas on what i should/can do as alternatives. AS i said i have abosultley no idea about Lao so that is teh big question mark at the moment.
