I am travelling to Malaysian Borneo on 17th June, i only plan on staying in Kuching for a few days before heading north. Does anyone know any good hostels or guesthouses they can recomend?

As of one year ago, the only place in Kuching that wasn't dreadful was the Borneo B & B. Not to be confused with the B & B next to the Borneo Hotel which is a pit. I wrote a super long article about Kuching here.
