Macau to Kunming (travel options)?

I need to get to Kunming from Bangkok (but the direct flight is a bit pricy). I know Bkk-Macau is a good option on AirAsia but I don't know how to get from Macau to Kunming?

What airlines fly from MACAU-KUNMING?
How much does a one-way ticket go for?
Is there an overland option I should consider (ie. sleeper train?)

and finally, entering Macau only requires a Chinese visa and passport right?

We took an overnight train from Guangzhou to Kunming in February, 2006. It is about 30 hours, as I recall. The scenery was very interesting as you cover areas that you could not see from a bus or a car. The train was old and poorly maintained. The toilets did not flush, the floors were pretty bad, and the dining car food really unappealing. A dump really. The worst overnight train we have been on in China (out of about 6) and this was soft sleeper. I would still do it again for the chance to stare into the backyards of dozens of remote villages for a whole day.
