Hi guys, I'm thinking about going to live to London next year. I have finished my degree of Law and I want to learn more English. I want to find a job there and a flat to share!
Could you recommend some websites where can I find reliable information?

For Flats to rent try:

www.loot.co.uk

You'll find private flats to rent there and also bedsits in a shared house.

Also try www.gumtree.com for the same sort of thing.

As for jobs, I'd recommend trying www.monster.co.uk or finding yourself a recruitment agency and they'll find you a job.

Hmm, I guess law is different in Spain, but maybe you could get a paid internship?

Rents are very expensive in London, so you're likely to have to share a flat.

If you are interested in working within law, try:-

www.lawcareers.net, www.lawgazette.co.uk/home.law or www.totallylegal.com. Although, i am not sure how useful this will be for overseas law post grads. They do contain a lot of jobs in the area of law in london. I work in this area so i have used them before.

For flats, i would try:-

At first I was thinking in renting an studio/loft an living alone, like the one I have in Barcelona (well, the truth is that my parents has helped me... ) but I realise is impossible. Too, too expensive!!!!!

I will miss so much my lonely nights, my lonely bathroom, my lonely sofa, my lonely bed... well I'm not sure about the last thing...
