Has anyone come across any language lessons that I can download onto an MP3 player that will display the text of the lesson in the same way as lyrics of songs are displayed.

This would save having to carry hardcopies of the lessons.

In particular I am looking for French, Italian, Spanish and Portugese.

Well, not for the languages you look for, but how about German? I think, I found the best possible course for that at 'Deutsche Welle', the station which is broadcasting independent german news worldwide.
