I'm trying to buy 2 bus tickets for Translux on computicket.com but it won't accept any of my credit card information saying something about "configuraion of Nomad" not allowed on this card. I'm in the US and trying to use 2 different VISA cards issued in the US. Anyone have this problem? Is there any other way I can reserve tickets ahead of time without trying to call them from the US?

Will I have problems using my U.S. issued VISA cards while in South Africa in general?

EDIT: I found this on fodor's:
"Tickets for almost every cultural and sporting event in the country (including movies) can be purchased through Computicket; the problem is that you need a credit card with a South African address."

So now I guess my question is - will calling them up help? Or will they still need a south african credit card?

I would try and call them up. I can't see a reason why your credit card would not work. they may just have some kind of protection in the web application for foreign cards.
