I could really really use some feedback.

I'm planning on going to West Africa in July. I'll fly into Accra and am wondering if it's plausible to travel overland safely and somewhat easily to from Ghana to Niger to Libya into Egypt.

None of these places seem to be on high crazy alert, yet I am not familiar with the infrastructure to know if it's doable. I'm a 31 year old female and have traveled some in Africa and Asia before.
