Yes, it IS on the Zambian side of the falls (many emails incorrectly mentioned Zimbabwe) - on Livingstone Island to be precise. Livingstone Island is accessible by a launch from the Royal Livingstone Hotel during the low water flow season; and I believe only on a "guided" basis. You can book at the Activity Center next to the Zambezi Sun Hotel, and from there, a golf cart will take you to the Royal Livingstone.
