hello, I'm trying to find out what the specific dates are for a Moroccan moussem in September, supposedly in Chefchaouen. Wold anyone out there know how to find out this information? All I can find is just "September"... but no dates.

Unfortunately, many moussems do not have set dates and are seasonal since they may coincide with a harvest. You just have to wait until the deciding factors choose dates. Sometimes dates will be posted up for a moussem 2 months, a month or a couple weeks beforehand.

a resource online? I'm in the process of buying my ticket to Morocco and just don't want to miss it, if possible.

Sometimes there will be posters around town. You also may find it mentioned on some of the Morocco news and culture websites like the Maghreb Arabe Presse - http://www.map.ma/eng. Look in the culture section on the top right-hand side. This website is in French and usually posts cultural events sometimes after the fact though - http://www.maghrebarts.ma.
