More about Marloth Park Township:

Next to Kruger National Park. Wild animals roam the yards and streets freely, with no fences anywhere. You will awaken to the sight of zebras and giraffes calmly grazing in the yard, or monkeys and guinea fowl impatiently waiting for a free breakfast. On your way to the store you will likely pass herds of wildebeest, impala and wart hogs. There may be kudu and waterbok at any waterhole. The Crocodile River, separating Kruger National Park from Marloth Park, (no fence), is alive with crocodiles, hippos and elephants. Marloth Park has its own private fenced game reserve called Lionspruit with lion, buffalo, rhinoceros, and leopard. See web site: http://www.volunteerhostel.com
