I normally do not get on the band wagon of specific sites. However, should any of you travellers be interested seeing the Northeast of Brazil. I most heartily recommend the following site for the following reasons:

1. The pix are magnificent.
2. It is relatively non-commercial
3. What they claim is TRUE!
4. The site is well designed, and interesting.
5. Has sound icons to click on to hear pronounciations of specific words. Good idea!
6. It is written in Portuguese or English.
7. Its fun.

Fortaleza, Ceará is a city of about 2 million. Cosmopolitan and you can walk to beaches worthy to be better than those of Florida. Check it out.
