If so how much does it cost and how long does it take? We want to go to the Pantanal from either SAo Paulo or Curitiba, is Campo Grande the best gateway or is there anywhere else you can recommend? Thanks

There are other pantanal gateways but coming from the east coast Campo Grande is the obvious point of entry. Not sure about a direct bus from Curitiba. There is buses from Florianopolis and Sao Paulo though. Also if you get time check out Bonito for a couple of days after the panatanal. A good place to kick back, in fact I enjoyed it much more than the pantanal.
