Hello y'all,

Anyone had experience using Boots-n-All to book international flights?

I won't go into details with you, but I feel we got a bait-and-switch on flights to Jakarta. Yesterday, when we faxed the credit card info they said we had the flights, and today no deal, and offer flights we're not happy with???

errggh.

Blessings,
Rich

Hi, Rich, and welcome to the boards!

I'm sorry you had a less-than-perfect experience with our international airfare department. Others have had questions, too - and I can assure you we do everything we can to make sure our customers have a positive experience. If you'd like to call us here in Portland and tell us a little bit more about what happened, we can follow up with the folks in our international airfare department. We certainly don't want anyone feeling like they've been duped.

You can reach us toll-free in the US at 866-549-7614, and you can talk to me or Dave.

Ciao,
Jessie

Hey, Rich:

I'm just checking in; I've forwarded your information to Roger in our international airfare department, and he told me he was going to call you this morning. Please let me know if you don't hear from him.

Ciao,
Jessie

Rich...at least you received a response. I shot in two inquiries, both lightspeed on the time end, and heard nothing...after waiting about a week, I did the booking myself. Three weeks later, I still haven't heard anything Smile

I have found boots to be quite helpful when you call them in terms of airfare...

Cristi, I've forwarded your note to Dave, our Customer Service specialist. I'm sorry you didn't hear anything back, and I'd like to try to figure out what the issue was. If you can tell me where you sent your note or at least give me some more information about the messages you sent, that would help. You can email me directly with the information if you like - jessica (at) bootsnall (dot) com.

Thanks!

Cristi, Dave checked with Roger, the head of our RTW ticket department, and he said that he'd sent quotes to you via email - is it possible they ended up in your bulk or spam folder and were missed?

I'm amazed. I honestly never received them on my gmail account. I check the spam filter whenever emails get trapped in there and there was nothing. Oh well. Mea culpa I guess.

Hmm... Very strange. Well, if you have any trouble in the future, let us know ASAP and we'll get it sorted out for you. We understand how much it sucks to sit around waiting for something that doesn't come.
