Crap. The cheapies are sold out. $245RT FLL-LIM still isn't bad, but I'd have to get myself to FLL...

It's kind of a running joke w/my friends, but one day I really will get myself to Peru Roll Eyes

Alright. Dumb question because I'm at work and haven't research Peru lately... How much are we thinking it'll cost to get from Lima to Cuzco?

I'm really tempted...

Damn,

If only this deal was for the west coast!

I have been looking to leave August 20-21st from LAX but havent found any great deals. $495 one way so far is the best I can do. While not horrible I think better can be found.

Any tips?

Southwest and Jet Blue fly across the country to FLL for cheap, but I did better on United through their site.

I'm headed 10/1 - 10/15. I realize the weather might not be ideal for the Inca Trail, but I'm not yet convinced my bum knees can take it anyway. Regardless, yay! Pulp Dance

I would check US(eless) Airways, they have some cheap fares as well for cross continent. I'm guessing it would be a LAX-PHX/LAS-FLL routing

HOLY CRAP!

Crappy ol Spirit is flying to LIMA?! Wow, and Caracas?! Costa Rica? Honduras!? WHERE HAVE I BEEN?! It looks like've added all sorts of places since I last looked! Cool!

This is pretty exciting, although I don't know if I'd want to be on a Spirit plane for that long....

^^Do tell. how long is the flight, and how many seats is an a319??? Eek Although these guys are adventurers and probably welcome the thrill/danger. Horsie

A month ago, Spirit had JFK-CUN roundtrip flights for $100,I think it was. I know spring break destination isnt attractive to any of you guys, but its great for people who arent used to going anywhere. My coworker routinely gets $10 flights to Vegas from DEtroit. She thinks she's such hot shit too. Roll Eyes

Hey, my bf and I got one of their great fares to Cancun from NYC a few months ago. Not $100, but still really good. We bought it on a whim.

We stayed in Playa del Carmen and had a great time. Took trips to Chichen Itza and Tulum. Snorkeled, laid on the beach. I was surprised at how much there was to do there. Want to go back and see Coba and go to more cenotes.

Spirit is a shite airline (I used to fly out of Detroit a lot) but hey, low prices is low prices.
