I love reading blogs and hearing about others travels. It helps with planing mine and with the wait for my own RTW. Most of the blogs, at least the ones I've found, seem to be by men or couples. I really would like to read blogs from women who are traveling alone, mostly doing extended trips or RTW's. I've been following Europe on an Alphabet for a while now, but thats about it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Check out Lost In Place. Kelly has been traveling around Europe for the last four months. While she's met up with other individuals along the way, she's pretty much been going at it on her own.

I'm doing a solo RTW at the moment (by far the best way to travel!) - I left in March and so far have been to India, Sri Lanka, China, and I'm now in Cambodia. I've got a bit longer left in Asia before I make my way to SA via Oz, NZ, and the Cook Islands. If you're interested, my blog's at
