Hi - new to this site - has anyone tried to embed a youtube video and had success?

You mean to put a youtube video on your blog? Very easy -- just click to -> blog this and it'd set up nicely. But you need to register for a Youtube account first, and then set your blog settings via the youtube site.

oh but wait, you're probably blogging via the bootsnall blog.. hmm... not sure whether it's set up for that.

Hi - it doesn't seem to work from an embedding standpoint. What I did to make it look "decent" was posted a thumbnail image of the trip I made the video from and then just link to the youtube site. An example is here:

"Yes they can using youtube or google video and perhaps any other video service that we haven't tried. They can also use this video uploading tool: http://blogs.bootsnall.com/video-upload.html which is mentioned in their dashboards."
