My diplay name that I set up long ago has an "&" in it, and when I try and set up my blog the symbol automatically pops up in the "Username" box. When I fill out rest of my info I get an error message saying that I can't have a "&" in the username box. The username box also seems to be uneditable. I tried to change my display name under my profile, but I can't seem to be able to do that either.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'd hate to have to go to blogger because of something lame like this.

I have edited your display name so that the & is now 'and'. This should allow you to set up a travel blog without any annoying error messages. Your blog uses your display name to create the blog address so it will look like this: blogs.BootsnAll.com/Jeremy+and+Courtney+Buddress

If you would like to choose something shorter, you can also sign up for a BootsnAll travelblog as if you were not a BootsnAll member and then you can choose your own username.
