When people click on the links provided on the outer rims of my blog does this help out bootsnall monetarily?

I started my blog 7 days ago and have over 650 page views...It's not a mind blower by any means, but I am trying to get as many people as possible to read it.

I hope it does if and when people click on it or even access the blog itself.

Well - yes it does help. BUT, and that is a big but, you/we/anyone can't encourage anyone to click on them for the sake of helping BnA. Only click if you are truly interested in the link.

Random clicking is fraudulent according to Google's terms of service. And as an advertiser, you wouldn't want folks just clicking on ads to cost you $ if they weren't really interested if it were your ad, would you?

So the golden rule applies as always.

Question for anyone out there: is it possible/permissible for a blogger to run Google Adsense on his/her BootsnAll blog and make a bit of $$? I know there are already ads adjacent to the blog when it's viewed, and those ads seem to be Google-esque. Anyway, would like to know more about this situation...
