Just wondering if there are any stores in tanzania (DarEsSalaam, Moshi, Arush) where i can buy hiking poles, camelpak, sleeping bags.
We're coming from india after traveling for 10 months and really didn't want to buy this stuff just to cart with us over the last year. Can't find anything in Delhi, so would REALLY appreciate knowing my luck for tanzania before we get there. |

you can rent almost all your gear from the office inside moshi's YMCA. last year, they required a 100USD deposit, but the items themselves costed 7-10USD rental. not sure if they have camel paks though.

Also check the Kilimanjaro Porter Project...am sure they can also help outfit you and hopefully you can leave a much needed donation for their help.
