I heard a rumor that a number of people are headed to Zanzibar for scuba diving after the safari? Anyone?

Definitely. Won't be diving but want to spend 5-6 days wandering and relaxing.

I think I can change my departure dates . I would like to do a little diving, but can only stay three days or four days. If anyone has any plans let me know.
- can't go beforehand-
cheers,

I'm planning on Zanzibar (or maybe Pemba? Mafia?) for some diving and beach time after the safari. I don't have any transportation plans as of yet....

I'm flying out of DAR on the 15th as well.

Do you think we could rent or book a whole mni van or something for all those going to Zanzibar. I guess from Dar then we can take a ferry.

LP gives idea of Car rentals but from Dar and also says tour operators rent 4wd in Arusha.
