I would like to know what can you suggest or reccomend that I can buy at a local store or pharmacyfor bed bugs? I live in Southern California.

you can't get just anything to kill bedbugs. you need an exterminator. trust me--they're invading nyc and ive heard too many horror stories. as a friend told me, "i'm all natural and all-organic everything else, but these bugs, you need the chemicals."

You can start by wrapping up your mattress and box in plastic to trap the guys in and prevent them from using your bed as a hiding place.

Search on the internet for do-it-yourself extermination kits that aren't too expensive.
