Hello!
I'm flying out on Sunday for a 4 month trip to Australia. When I was applying for my visa I read that it was 'recommened' that I obtain a copy of my vaccination record. So for the last month I have been trying to track that sucker down. Unforntunately my Dr can't locate my records. Along with all the required childhood vacs I've had my Hep A, Hep B, and a tetnus booster. My question is how likely is it that I will be asked to show this record? |

Trolling for stuff to edit |
In Australia, you won't, unless you are coming from a country that has yellow fever or another not-so-nice disease. From Canada or the US, you'll be fine. have a good trip!

Extra Pages in Passport |
I had a 6 month student visa for Australia, and they never asked me for medical/vaccinations records. What they did want (part of the requirement for that visa) was a chest xray to check for TB, which I thought was a bit odd.
I agree with court - you'll be fine coming from the states. Marisa http://www.geocities.com/mumsawas |
