Knows What a Schengen Visa Is

Hi all,

I'm after some info on SARS that is pretty reliable (rather than news media or hearsay), so I was wondering if anyone had stumbled over any good links?

I'll be flying through Changi airport in Singapore in a couple of weeks and am trying to find out more about prevention and what they might do or require on a stop over.

U said u'd be "in Changi", not Singapore city.
There's a bit of SARS in Singapore but Changi airport seems to be free, from reports here.
I'm also there in transit on 9th May.
Not much u can do according to medical reports.
Wash hands and face constantly, maybe a face mask (i've got 1), don't put your hands over you face, rub your nose eye ears mouth, more than u have to.
If sitting waiting, try to find an empty area. If someone sneezes coughs, get away from him.
Did i say wash your hands n face constantly.
If you're in Singapore city, Mmmmmmm
Tough call but probably more likely to get hit by a buss. In the right perspective, youre more likely to get malaria, yellow fever, aids etc. Seriosuly, 50 cases in a pop of 3 mill. In China, 2,000 cases in a pop of 2 billion.

Have campervan, will travel.

WHO has a site on this. Here is the link, else go to google and type "SARS" and "World Health Organisation", you will hit on it.

www.who.int/csr/sars/en/

Recently a colleague of mine did avoid Singapore. But then, I guess it is upto each person's gut feeling on what should be done.

Perfect!

I especially like the map of cumulative number of reported probable cases. It really indicates how much of a media beat up this really is...

Thanks
