Best travel insurance rates in Montreal?

I am researching Travel Medical Insurance online, and would appreciate feedback from experienced travelers with first-hand knowledge on companies, rates, and procedures in conjunction with my research.

I am a Canadian citizen (British Columbian resident, with a BC Care card). I have been traveling outside of Canada for the last 2 years (so I'm not exactly sure what my Provincial health insurance status is), though I am back now (in Montreal) looking into purchasing International long-term Medical Travel insurance. My aim is to protect myself against expensive hospital/dental fees as I continue traveling in the future. I plan to travel indefinitely across the planet. I am 25 t/o non-student, and currently not working.

My questions are basic:

What company has the best rates (in Montreal)?
and what kind of costs (inclusive of hidden fees/ charges) should I be paying monthly?
