I always sweat and my glands produce way too much oil in humid areas. My skin will go crazy as we are in SE asia in the summer...Does any have any advice?

are you going to be taking antimalarials? if so, which one?

and yes, this relates if you take Doxycyclen and your antimalarial, it'll help keep you zitless as well. It's also been used as an acne medication (but be aware of side effects, especially sun sensitivity). My last trip, I went without showering for 7 days then 5 days, and nary a zit on my face.

same problem here. i also have a sensitive skin. while travelling i use non-comodogenic cleanser and soap like cetaphil. i also avoid using make-up as it clogs my pores...

Dove makes these things... "Daily Facials" I think. They're like dry wipes and you wet them and lather them up. They're big so I always cut them into 4s, then they fit nicely into a little ziploc snack-sized bag. Small and lightweight. I used them a lot in SE Asia and I still use them all the time, at work or after the gym.

I didn't bother with makeup but those little Clean N Clear oil blotting sheets made me feel like Miss America.
