Has anyone any experience of demal200 as an alternative to traditional anti-malaria drugs ?

Hey Steve,

I haven't tried Demal200 but i have heard about it. There are other homeopathic remedies you can take too. Probably best if you talk to a homeopath, or go into Neals Yard or something like that. Im off in May to Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos and i think im gonna try the homeopathic anti-malaria tablets. I think quite a lot of people disagree with taking anything but conventional medicines so its largely down to how you feel about it.

Dear Steve,

Having had a life-threatening bout of accute malaria that took 19 months to become symptomatic, all I can say is, be damn sure that whatever you choose to take, you keep an eye out for symptoms post-travel (and I took Arulen (sp?)). Malaria's not fun and can be very sneaky.
