Personally i think that laughter is one of the best medicines that there is. do you all agree? if so what are some examples of it that have helped you along? for me it was finding out that i had a cyst by my tailbone which makes it painful to sit down. i told my good friend about it and she goes off and names my cyst. it seems so strange but it was the best thing she could have done for me!

My friends and I always act like sickness is a person, so we're constantly saying stupid stuff like "Yo man, you better stop hanging out with that Mono chick, she's no good." Good for a laugh or two.

I totally agree that laughter is the best medicine. I can't think of anything specific, but I know that if I'm really down in the dumps, if someone can make me laugh, it sometimes lifts the bad mood completely, and makes me much more positive. For sure - I love laughing!!

It is a good medicine for depression. But as far as laughing when I have a sore throat? No thank you. I say leave me the crap alone and let me sleep!!!

At my old job, my coworker and I used to try to keep each other entertained, just to get through the day. She forwarded me a story...entitled "Fairy Fart Tale"

She's a gassy person, by the way. We used to have fart and burp contests in the office, when no one else was there

So anyways, her tale...I wasn't in the room at the time. It was just her and a dude, our coworker (there were 5 of us who worked in one room). She let one go, not thinking anything. Oh man, she said it was a bad one, too! He smelt it, and was like.."oh my god, do you smell that? What is that smell?!!" She played dumb, smelled around, and was like.."Ew..what is that? It smells so bad!!!" Then he said, "It smells like old chinese food" So she said that there must be some old chinese food in the trash bin.

hahahaha! Oh, I could not stop laughing after I read that.
