Thorn Tree Refugee |
Hey everybody,
First of all please excuse that my English is not so good. I am a Swiss, 47 years old who likes to travel. We own a VW camping bus with which we travel around Europe approx. 6 weeks a year. Some years ago we traveled to SE Asia and the year after to the States. I know that we are somehow priviliged. On the other hand there are still so many places and things arround the world which I would like to discover, and in a way I feel that time is running away. I do not want to wait until retirement (in 18 years!! arrgh!) to do some extetended travels and who knows whether I will still be in the condition to do so. As children are grown up, we could start a new live just now, but there are so many excuses and unsureness. Should we quit jobs and sell our house? From what are we living when we return? Are the othe people in this community who share the same feelings or even have done the step in a new direction and have given up "normal" life. Best Regards, Kautokeino |
