Knows What a Schengen Visa Is

I am 46 and semi-retired and looking forward to my yearly trips of 3-4 months every winter. In case any of you are semi-retired and would like to rent out your home short term, I found this web site. I emailed them and they called me within an hour. Turns out that Alaska is a much sought after destination for traveling nurses.

Here is the website http://www.american-nurse.com/
I have a condo downtown that is a 2 bed/2 ba (1100sf) and they will pay up to $1500 per month to rent for a 13 weeks stint. I just get my clothes out of my drawers and closet and then leave everything else.

I found out about this cuz my neighbor who is a retired teacher rents her condo out for 8 months and then comes back for the summers. I am thinking of doing this this summer.

Where on the website do you find out about what's involved in renting out your house? (it's probably staring right at me, I know....)

It often is the one snag that always holds me when doing long trips, is getting the house watched/rented while I'm gone.

Thanks. Didn't see my city, nor many cities in the midwest, for that matter. Oh well...worth a shot anyways, and definitely food for thought. I'm assuming that one has to live in one of those cities (those cool, click-able dots on that map) to be able to utilize this. Sure seems like an awesome option for those who can avail themselves of it, 'tho.
