This might be a silly question, but I had to ask.

Is there any way that a search feature could be set up in the Adventure Trips section that would allow you to search by the length of a trip? The "Price" search is great, but it would be great if you could search by the number of days for the trip then figure out the daily cost based on that.

I know the total dollar amount I can spend for a certain safari, but I'd like to see how much I can get for my money in terms of days. Searching dozens of pages can get a bit tedious.

JustDucky,

Yes - we should be able to create more filtering - so you can get to what you want quicker.

Thanks for the suggestion and we'll see if we can add some more comprehensive filtering soon.

Any thoughts on adding a "search by dates available" and or a "number of days" feature? This would come in really handy when, say, one has a week or two-week vacation on the horizon and looking for available trips w/in that timeframe. I know it's maybe out-of-the-box for a lot of BnA visitors on a quest for a longer trek, multi-month journey, RTW type thing...but for the working professionals amongst us with just a few weeks here or there to take (and still keep a job)...

I know the search functions for BnA Adventure Trips look strangely similar to those of Intrepid Travel Big Grin , and I like how one can search "theirs" with a "date start" and/or "depart by"....and I can always just click over there...but it's more like "home" here Big Grin

SkyeHiker,

We are working on the Filters Above and try to consider your thoughts as well.

Yes - we carry Intrepid inventory as well as a bunch of other stuff. - the start date filter is something we should add.

Cheers Skyhiker

We have just added the feature to allow you to search by the trip duration, so you can finetune your trip selection to those that are XX number of days long. For example, trips in Asia for 8-11 days.
