I appreciate the more accurate navigation through the forums, and it makes it easier to backtrack

my one suggestion is that they're kinda long as far as clickable word strings go. If you dropped the "BootsnAll" from each one or abbreviated it, it would fit on one line and be even easier

I'm not sure "Community" is the best sub-group name since the whole dealy is a community (and the duplication of that word in the level above) but that is another matter

it's much better when it's shorter b/c the instinct for people familiar w/that style of navigation, is to look for the link at the end of the row, not follow the row to the next line, to go up one level

At least that is my word w/o anything but my own user experience (and professional opinion) to go on. And to fix it, you would have to address the forum-category naming.

thx Court for entertaining my suggestion; it's not a huge-huge deal, just that sometimes when I'm posting and drinking late at night its hard for me to bite my tongue, er, fingertips and I am compelled to share :blush:

What I'm trying to suggest speaks more to usability/user interface than anything technical per se. And even if it is handed off to the tech ppl, they need writers like you b/c else naming content components tends to be an afterthought and you end up with "categories" like BootsnAll Travel Community AND BootsnAll Community Forums that stand for two different but not clearly differentiated things. And more to the point in this case, are too long.
