The Google and other advertisement links slow page loading immensely when logging in from slow connections. I had to modify my browser in order to browse and use BnA. Which made me wonder about all the potential users out there who just don't use BnA because it loads too slowly.

Has BnA discussed/evaluated a more streamlined portal for international use that strips down slowly loading content?

Yes sir. We are going to test the new Insiders Design on the boards here shortly. No ads - and community functions on the site with consistent navigation.

Looks good Sean.....the javascript will also be slow on many international-non-upto-date-dial-up connections though.

Slip, the javascript you are referring to is in the right hand column of insiders - correct?

This is the sort of stuff I was talking about. While slick and neat for user base with speedy access, the new look alienates even more people with slower access rates. Anyone in remote locations with a slow connection (which is still a huge part of the travel destinations in the world), will be disinclined to participate on the boards due to a slow load and refresh.
