Could you make it so that on the menu bar or something it shows how many users are currently in chat. that way you could always tell if there was someone there without having to click the 'chat room' link every time to check.

You can already do this. If you go to "Go", then to BnA chat, and just click on that (not the sidebar menu that shoots out), it'll take you to a page where you can see if there's someone there.

Yeh I know that, that is what I meant by the 'chat room' link (as opposed to the 'member chat' link).
