Recently for my Euro trip, like many of you I shopped around the net to get the best value for the dollar, euro or pound.

Having compared Expedia, Travelocity, etc. The same room for the same days in Paris at the Armstrong Hotel were $180 per nite (Expedia) compared to bootsnall @ $60 per nite. BIG DIFFERENCE. The Armstrong Hotel is good if you're looking for a clean, no frills place to lay your head. It did get a bit loud around the neighborhood on Satuday nite, but I was too tired for anyone to keep me awake. Also coming back lack one night the main street near the Hotel was lined with a lot of ladies looking for some business, (if you know what I mean). Other than that okay. I did book a triple and when we arrived it was not available, so I slept on a cot one night, but for the rest of the stay gave us two double rooms for the price of one. A pretty good deal if I say so myself. It was even better to get away from my pycho friend and sleep all by myself! Thanks bootsnall for the great hotel deal.
