I have a question:

What is considered protected content on the bootsnall network?

I'm not really looking for a whole list, but just curious:

Blog templates?
general set up of the website and forums?
is the software unique to bootsnall?

Also what about the posts, the information people provide on this forum, is that content protected?

Yeah - all of it is technically copyrighted Eppyboy. If you are not a company or individual trying to profit off of it, there are ways that we share.

For example: we have 1000s of RSS Feeds. You can access the content from all of them in your feedreader, or syndicate the headlines on your blog - and that is fine. But if you cut and paste a full article, that is not kewl.

Software: It (most of it) is open source (so not unique) - but by the time we put it into production, it is hacked - so in that way - it is unique.

thanks i'm in law school so I get random thoughts and questions when I think of them in everyday life!
