I know there are Middle East and Asia forums. But there are a lot of places that are more in the realm of "Central Asia". The UNESCO definition of Central Asia covers a lot of countries, basically from the Caspian Sea to Mongolia. These include Iran, the Stans, etc.

If we can have a new forum for this region, that will be great. Thanks!

Our goal at the moment is not to add any new destination forums, but rather to use tags to create "virtual" forums for more specific regions than the ones on the main page. So, for instance, once we get old threads tagged, there may very well be a "virtual" forum of just threads having to do with Central Asia - without us having to add one. (I hope that makes sense!)

That's not going to happen overnight, but it should happen - and when it does, it'll make surfing the boards to find just what you're looking for so much easier.
