I tried to edit a photo album that I have created in the forum, but I get an eror if I try to edite captions or delete a pic!

SUBJECT is a mandatory field. You must enter a value for it.

Anyone can help?

Igor, I know there were some upgrades going on with the photo album component of the boards. it could have been that was what you were running across. As an admin I attempted to edit your photo album and did not have any problems. Can you try it again and let me know if you see the same error?

No kidding!!! Earlier I linked to fossilized photo album I posted here a couple years ago and now it's all fancy and pretty and slide-showy. Waaaaaay better than before.

I can't even view any of the photo albums anymore - all of the album threads that I open just display a big black box on the screen - slideshow/photos aren't displaying or aren't present at all? Must have something to do w/ the computer I'm using (although it's a pretty good one), since it seems to be working for others? Seems odd though that an upgrade would cause issues on certain computers/servers.

Eowyn, have you tried accessing a photo album on a different computer to isolate whether it is just that particular one?

Is it a mac or a PC? Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox or some other browser to access the site? If we can replicate it, we can start to find a solution.

My work computer is an IBM laptop, using Internet Explorer, and just the black box appears - nothing else.

My home computer is a Dell laptop, and when I just tried opening an album, I *did* get a popup, in addition to the black box -- appears I'd need to download 'Adobe Flash Player 9' or something for it to work...which I don't feel like doing. ;-)

My company started blocking the whygo site about two months ago, so I'm thinking they're cracking down on some internet functionality, so it doesn't exactly surprise me that certain popups aren't working either. And I definitely can't download any programs on the work computer!!!

I want the archaic version of the photo albums back! (swordfighting emoticon symbolizes desire for medieval times of internet technology, haha)

Not much we can do about company firewalls, unfortunately.
