I have seen this in other forums and thought it could help on Boots as well.
I like the Search function but sometimes in a hurry people do not really use it. So they start a thread. How about after folks start a thread you take the tags or words in that thread to show them that there are similar thread out there. They can be listed right below their new thread. I have seen this feature on Indiamike.com. Sometimes this helps people in looking at similar threads and also get more information. Sometimes I have deleted my new thread because i found or can ask the same question in another. At the moment, I'm told that we're not able to do too much customization with this message board software, but we'll definitely explore that as a possibility for future development.
