Are you guys intentionally trying to download this bogus security program to my computer? It only ever happen at the BNA page, but it's happened three times in the past three days, and it requires process killing to make the pesky thing go away. Poor form, guys, poor form.

I called myself scanning for a similar complaint before I posted, but the title "website glitch" didn't trip my trigger. I appreciate you kind folks trying to get rid of this stinky stuff.

You guys can also help us get rid of it faster by taking a screenshot of the banner ad at the top of the page that displays when you get the malware pop-up.

I took a scren shot, but you can't really see the banner ad. Damned obnoxious - it actually highjacks your browser to another page. Next time it happens, I'll take a screen shot before it moves me (if I can) or at least get the info on the ad.

Awesome, mate. Any help you can give us here would be great. it sounds like it is a malicious ad that was snuck into a legitimate looking ad so until we see what ad it is that prompts the pop-up it makes it very hard to find and remove. And since all of us at the office are on BnA every day, we hit IP limits on ad displays very quickly so it's hard for us to catch it.

We think we've managed to track down the bad ad. Please let me know if you come across it again.
