I've done it before so I know how to do it but it's not working for me now. My image is the right size, I'm following all the steps, but I get the message, "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Try again later." I've been trying for over a week now and no luck. Anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks.

it still doesn't seem to be working (unless it's just me)... i don't get an error message anymore, it just goes back to the original avatar screen and my avatar does not change!

It may take another post or two before your avatar updates across the boards. Also, did your avatar fit the size requirements (55x55)?
