I want a bootsnall cool t-shirt...design one...make them...sell them to me!

In all seriousness, I think they would be cool and I would definitely wear it...I have my patch, but i think shirts would be a great way of getting the name out further

We think it would be cool too.

Until we get them, can I send you about 30 more patches and you can sew them all over one t-shrit?

I have a BNA Tshirt! I think I got one of the last of some old ones. My suggestions for a new version:
The one I have has an embroidered logo on it and I'd actually rather have it printed. The solid embroidery is a little heavy for the light weight t-shirt.

This brings me item 2: the white, lightweight is a bit too lightweight and thus is pretty revealing, especially when donned by a woman. I'd definitely get more use out of a non-see-thru shirt.

And lastly: For the width the shirts are really long. Ridiculously so.

Maybe I should have said, "I have a transparent BNA dress!" Smile

(I do actually wear it running, over a sports bra so it does get to see the light of day)

Just curious, if we were to make some shirts, what do you think a realistic price would be?

I mean, we can do the uber-cheap-almost-transparent kind and get them pretty cheap, but we'd rather do something more like still-cheap-but-doesn't-look-like-plastic-wrap with might cost a bit more.

Whaddya guys reckon?

$16 plus $4 for shipping.

Silkscreened, not photo-printed (ala CafePress) 100% cotton.
Please no white, since it is impossible to keep clean while traveling.
(Though you should still sell Callilucy white ones)

send me 30 patches i'll make a shirt...i think 10-15 is reasonable...i don't want something uber cheap, paper thin that you get on the street, but i don't think i would fork out 25 bucks for one...well maybe just one for you guys, but overall, i think the 10-15 buck range seems good...

I've done some looking around, and it is virtually impossible to get anything much higher quality than the cafe-press stuff for $15/shirt. $20 with shipping is reasonable for decent quality.

We do want to do this kind of stuff, so stay tuned. Thanks for posting on this again - it brought it back into my radar.

Please spec a high quality, heavyweight, all-cotton shirt, such as the Jerzees 188M.

Hello All -

Maybe I can help...I have a T-Shirt & Vinyl business on the side and have done 100s of shirts for various business and organizations.

I do photo-printing (not silkscreen) and commercial heat press, but this allows me to keep my prices down and to accept orders of any size (1-100+) without any price difference. Also, there are no "set-up" fees and no fees to change the design. In addition, I can do 100% personalized shirts (with your own travel picture) at the same price.

I usually use 6.1oz 100% Cotton Gildan Tees, which are some of the best quality on the market, and can do any color ("Natural" is a great color for nomads like us). But, as well, I have access to almost any of the major brands: Gildan, Anvil, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Bella, etc that people might prefer. (I also have access to quick-dry athletic shirts)

If people are using these during their travels, I would suggest a 50/50 blend as they are cooler, dry quicker and aren't as heavy.

I usually charge $10-$12 / tee (depending on what brand/quality of shirt is used (white vs colors vs cotton vs 50/50) + $5 shipping.

I would be more than happy to send Static or anyone else at BNA a sample or two if interested to ensure quality. (As I need permission to use any logos associated with BNA before I can produce a BNA shirt for the masses.)

Please contact me at any time with questions, comments, request, etc:

Hope to see you all on the road sooner than later!

Cheers,
Eric
