looking at Expedia, it appears American Airlines is your best bet, connecting in Miami or San Juan. Looks pricey though, even a few months out.

no, and this probably not helpful...but you can fly from tortola to a lot of places in the carribean, so maybe you could go one way and then go from tortola somewhere else using
