So, I've been reading through the OFAC's requirements for obtaining a license to go to Cuba as a US citizen.

They claim to issue licenses to freelance journalists... but not just people who publish the occasional travel story based on their personal experiences.

Does anyone here know of someone who's made it to Cuba legally as a journalist?

How many, and what kinds, of clips do you have to have?

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Bonnie

P.S. Here's the OFAC page on applying for specific licenses, in case anyone's interested: http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/programs/cuba/cuba_tr_app.pdf
