Knows What a Schengen Visa Is |
Hi
Yesterday there was a program about food all over the world on the Travel channel. I just love these programs and it is fun to see all the strange food that you can get a hold of around the world...and it is fun to see the travellers reaction to the food itself. The strangest thing yesterday was a drink made in...I think it was in Venezuela. They mixed berries in a blender and it looked like a regular smoothie to start with. But then they put in a raw egg, large fish eggs!...and to top it all of...a fresh cow eye!. I wonder who thought of mixing these things. According to the traveller the taste was not bad but it was more the sight of the ingrediants that put him of. The Norwegian smalahove (half a head of sheep) was also shown |

I love those kinds of shows! Just as much as I love my food+travel magazines (like Gourmet Traveller and Saveur). Do you remember the name of the show, maybe it was No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain? I'm curious as to what other food+travel shows are out there that I don't know about.

Hi
The show that I watch was a summary of many Lonely Planet and Globe trekkers shows and it featured different people...like Justine Shapiro, Ian Wright and Megan McCormick. |
