Hola,
I'm looking for empanada(sp?) recipes.

I thought that this would be a great place to ask because different countries probably have different versions. So, I would like to hear about the various ways you've made or eaten empanadas.

Ah, girl, if only I had my RECIPE COLLECTION! I'd hand you a few from Panama.

One of these days, I'll go through the stuff I stored with my parents before I took off for my adventure.

When you make some, are you gonna share?? I love empanadas!

Unfortunately I do not have a recipe, I guess I know how to do them but I have the "formula" in my mind

I can tell you that there are several types of empanadas: cheese & ham; cheese and onion; chicken; spinach & bechamel; meat (with and without potato; with and without egg; with and without raisins)

If I find a recipe I will post it here... but I'm not a great cheff

Just one thing, and I'm sure Joe is going to agree with me, whenever you try/cook empanadas, Malbec is the best option to drink
