Oooh, white tea is my favorite thing on the planet. Ok, one of them. It's got a small amount of caffein in it, but isn't a strong as green tea. Mild and perfect. Surely you can find it there! I'm making a cup right now.

And I can't believe I left out soy. Soy anything is a huge treat when I'm travelling.

Ginger! yes! boil some up in a tea, and drink contetendly for seasickness, cramps, colds, sore throat... love it.

Anyone ever try Sport Tea and/or Emergen-C? delish and full of great nutrients. Especially when the ginger didn't overcome the high seas and you can't keep anything solid down.

Natural peanut butter is great to have around. Make a spicy sauce and throw on noodles, dip veggies, spread on bread for breaky, lasts for a while without refrigeration, etc.

I've heard wonders about Spirolina also.

white tea is tasty and light borderland. It's great.

Green Tea by far has the most benefits.

If you're on the run- grab nuts if you have to, good for the colon and the oils. Yes, nuts are good for the colon, (shutup).
