Hi
I made my first chocolate truffles yesterday and I just made it after a simple recipe of cocoa, powder sugar, egg yoke and cream. But I have looked around on the net and I see in some recipes that use butter, dark chocolate etc. Anyone else in here that have experience with different versions of chocolate truffles? Which recipes gives the best ones? |
