Next October I am going to Greece with my family. I am looking for a cooking school, preferable in Athens or Marathon (as that is near where we are staying) but am willing to entertain an island. I am only looking for 1 or 2 day courses which have been rather difficult to find and would love to hear if anyone has any recommendations.

I would try to look into schools--find out if there are universities offering one day classes. It might be in Greek, so I don't know if this is helpful or not.
