For "sunny side up"

They take better shapes. Wait till the wok is hot before you crack the eggs in there.

Serve with rice.

I always wanted those egg rings so the fried egg didn't blob out all over the place - but I'll try your idea out

1. Take a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

2. lube it. I like butter.

3. crack eggs into those little prep bowls, either both into one, or use seperate bowls for each egg if you don't like them to be attached by the white.

4. Tilt skillet slightly and pour eggs into lowest point of skillet.

5. Cook like that for about 30 seconds and they'll set up nicely and be a bit more perky.

6. Clean non-stick skillet and revel in the fact that you did not just cook your eggs in a wok.

You had me till the end.

When I move the Philippines I'm cooking all my eggs in a wok, and I will revel in it, thank you very much.

Some of us need the "little things" to revel in.

hate all of you...am allergic to eggs and my simple dream is to have em one of these days again!!

p.s i used to make the meanest eggs but now damn if I touch em.
